How to apply

  1. 1ApplyComplete the short form online or collect one from the school office.
  2. 2InterviewMeet a member of staff with your daughter and sit a short assessment.
  3. 3OfferWe confirm places by letter and phone within two weeks.
  4. 4JoinPay the first term’s fees, collect the requirements list and report on day one.

Entry requirements

Senior OnePLE results slip, school report from P.7, and an entrance interview.
Senior FiveUCE results, your chosen subject combination, and an interview.

Discounts and bursaries

Fees are the same for every student. These cases are assessed individually and approved by the Board of Governors.

100%Lowell Achievers AwardFor top academic performance (e.g. grade 1 in S.1, 85% and above in S.2). Applies for the following term.
10%TalentFor students with extraordinary talent in music or sports.
10%Returning studentOne-off discount for students who return for A-Level after sitting O-Level at Lowell.
10%Sibling discountFor students with a sibling already admitted and paying full fees.

How do I apply?

Download the application form, complete it and return it to the school office. You can also start an enquiry on this page and we will call you.

Is there an entrance exam?

Senior One applicants attend a short interview and assessment in early December. Senior Five places are based on UCE results and an interview.

How are school fees paid?

All fees are deposited on the school bank account and paid in full at the beginning of term. To pay in instalments, write to the Chair, Board of Governors with a payment schedule agreed with the bursar.

Can we visit before applying?

Yes, please do. Contact the office by phone or WhatsApp to arrange a visit.
